I've come to have a love hate relationship with music stores. On one hand I have my entire passion concentrated under one roof, on the other hand....well I'll let the list do the talking.
1. Someone save me from this cacophony of sound. Lets look at Exhibit A:
Look...I'm not speaking to the 'talent' levels of the people that are playing inside of these places, all i'm trying to get across is that 5 different guys trying to play their fastest version of 'Enter Sandman' doesn't translate into a beautiful medley.
2. The hours.
Am I the only one with a job around here? Unless you're living the dream and get to have music be your day job, you're more than likely slotting your music life to be on the weekends. I hope you don't look into your drumstick bag on Sunday afternoon and see a boneyard of broken sticks otherwise you're shit out of luck. If only their was a service where someone delivered drumsticks to your door....
*cough*
